Elinks not picking up changes to elinks.conf

That's because Elinks runs kinda of how tmux does with child processes that connect to the main server process. Since I am always adding shortcuts to my elinks.conf I like to run Elinks with the elinks -no-connect option. Running from this option will pickup your elinks.conf changes immediately.
